• The County Clerk shall require a non-refundable registration fee (per KRS 134.010, sec10(h), for 3rd party purchasers, which will be paid at a rate of $10 per bill up to $250 (25 bills or more).  Examples:  If you where trying to purchase 5 bills, you would submit $50 with your list.  If you where trying to purchase 50 bills, you would submit $250 with your list.
